i am interested to join in one yr pg diploma course at National Power Training Institute (NPTI), so please tell me the procedure,eligibility for joining there

ELIGIBILITY
Three years Diploma in Mechanical/Electrical/Electronics/Control and Instrumentation Engineering or equivalent from a recognized Technical Board with minimum of 60% (55% for SC/ST) marks.
Selection Procedure: Merit (% of marks in diploma)
Age Limit: 27 years as on 10.11.09. No age limit for sponsored candidates.
Total Seats: 60 (Sixty), Reservation for SC/ST/Physically Handicapped/OBC and other categories is applicable as per Govt, norms. The seats may be increased as per the discretion of NPTI, 25% seats are reserved for candidates sponsored from power utilities.
Placement: NPTI maintains close linkage with power utilities for employment of these trained engineers. However NPTI does not have any commitment for placements. The candidates who are placed through campus efforts shall have to pay placement charges as applicable. Sponsored candidates shall not be allowed for campus placements.
HOW TO APPLY
Applications on plain paper along with the Demand Draft of Rs 500/- in favour of NPTI payable at New Delhi and should reach The Principal Director, National Power Training Institute (NR), Badarpur, New Delhi-110044 with two passport size photographs in the following format; 1. Demand draft's no 2. Bank Name 3. Name 4. Mother's Name, 5. Father's Name 6. Father's Occupation 7. Father's Official Address 8. Father's Official Phone No 9. Date of birth & age as on 10.11.09 10. Sex 11. Marital Status 12. Nationality. 13. Application Type (Sponsored/Non Sponsored) 14. Categories (Gen/SC/ST/OBC) 15. Postal Address 16. Contact No: 17. E-mail address: 18. Educational Qualifications, starting from 10th standard stating subject/Discipline, College/Institution, % of marks, year of passing 19. Experience after Diploma 20. Signature. Attach attested copies of proof of item No. 9, 13, 14 and 18. The format for applying is also available at our website. All correspondence regarding admission/ further notification etc. shall be done
through website and E-mail of candidate only.
Fees: For non-sponsored candidates Rs. 75000/- (in two installments). For candidates sponsored from SEBs/PSUs/Private Utilities Rs. 1, 00,000/- payable in lump-sum at the time of admission. There is no fee concession for any category of candidates. Rs. 3100/- as transport charges for visit to power stations and industries and refundable security of Rs. 2000/- are payable separately at the time of admission.
Fees for candidates from foreign countries: I
Ú SAARC Countries US$6000/-
Ú Other Countries US$7000/-
Lodging/Boarding: Facilities available on chargeable basis/separate hostel facility for girls at our NPTI Faridabad Complex.
